Kitcehn & Bath remodel on Bayshore Blvd. Tampa Florida

Rossi Construction is in its final stages of a renovation in Tampa Florida located on Bayshore Blvd. This project consisted of a complete renovation of a kitchen, master bathroom and half bath.

The kitchen project was a design/build project focusing on the functionality of the existing space. The new design was brought about by an increased desire to have an improved work flow in the space. The project consisted of removing internal walls and plumbing. The design focused on work stations with task lighting. Rossi Construction utilized Kraftmaid cabinetry and Corian countertops with an integrated sink.

The master bathroom project was designed with access modifications in mind. A roll in shower was designed to accommodate wheel chair access. A custom shower seat was constructed to assist with the overall access construction design. Rossi Construction removed a wall which separated the shower space from the dress area. The removal of the wall allowed for better access to the shower as well as the dressing area. Tile was installed from floor to ceiling with a custom glass listello installed at eye level. Kraftmaid cabinets and Corian countertops where also utilized in this project.

Hyde Park Historic Renovation

Rossi Construction, Inc. has commenced construction of a historic 1920's craftsman style home This home is located in Historic Hyde Park of Tampa. The project consist of the internal updating of a kitchen, window replacement, mill work refurbishing, electrical updating as well as the re-finishing of the hardwood floors. External renovations consist of enlarging the existing front porch, painting and refurbishing of external custom wood work.

Kitchen cabinets have been custom designed using Kraftmaid cabinetry with Granite counter tops. Intricate details have been Incorporated into the kitchen design including coffered ceilings, self closing drawers and low voltage lighting.
